Awful customer service, not sure why this shop is even doing business. So after a month of no communication with this shop, they didn't even do any work to it and just sent us home. ![]() We asked if they replaced it and he said, "No, that would be around 3-4 thousand dollars, we would have to quote it". We walk in, a worker comes out with the keys, says" You don't owe us anything, it needs a rear main seal and the battery is fine" and starts to walk away. Several days later, a month to the day at this point, we finally get a text message saying it was ready and that the rear main seal was where the leak was coming from. A few days later, he drove by and it was actually on the lift. ![]() My husband went down there a couple days later and they said they were waiting for another car on the lift and then it would be our turn. After 2 weeks of not hearing anything, I called and left a message asking for when they thought it would be done. He didn't indicate that they were too busy or that it would be awhile or anything just took the keys and that was that. We have another vehicle that needs work so we talked to the owner about it, he asked us when we wanted to bring it down, and we said we wanted to pick up the first one and leave this one. Other than it taking a week, that experience was fine. ![]() We got it towed down there and a week later they had it fixed. We had our truck die out close to this business and a family friend recommended we see if they could fix it. ![]()
